Update of August: Lots'a Stuff and Missing Stuff

I made a larger batch than usual in July, and for August, I haven't figured out any new gimmicks.

Also I forgot to make a July update, so there's that.

Had some good play testing at a con in July, so I got good data on some card tweaks, and changes.

Ain't gonna show all the new cards on this update post. Check the gallery yourself.

On the other hand, there's some changes in some cards.

Waifu:

Takagi now has an actual clear idea what her skill is about.

POST:

Pepe is cheaper to use.

Steamed Ham is nerfed.

Cuck Your Waifu has less restrictions on usage, and can now be used on all ranks.
